I got my last Oil Change with Destiny and the service was impeccable! The office was clean and the communication was amazing. It didn’t take long for me to get my oil change and it was actually cheaper than my regular price of $100+. I’ll definitely be back soon for more maintenance!

Just wanted to come on here and let everyone know what a great place this is for inspections and overall service.. while they may not be the cheapest around they are fair and thorough and recently went above and beyond for me.. not only did they check my brakes but they noticed one side was out of adjustment and fixed it without a payment required. Top notch service. Thank you John and all that were with him I apologize for my memory but seriously check this place out if you need a check up or any repair at all.😁

What truly set this visit apart was the exceptional service provided by the manager, Jeffery. He went above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable with the recommended services for my vehicle. Jeffery's customer service was amazing; he was attentive, patient, and genuinely cared about ensuring my satisfaction. He and his team worked so hard, dedicating a significant amount of time and effort to diagnose and resolve a complex issue with my car. Their persistence and dedication to finding the root cause of the problem is truly appreciated. Thanks to Jeffery and the entire team, my car is running better than ever and I have peace of mind knowing that it's in good hands every time I drop it off there. At the end of last month we brought our vehicle to Firestone on Cherry Rd. to get it aligned. After the “alignment” it did not look like the tires were properly aligned, the steering wheel was not centered, it still pulled, the tires squealed when turning sharp, and just didn’t feel right. We took it elsewhere to have the tires balanced to see if that would help. The shop we took it to brought it to my attention that the boots were twisted and torn in a way that would not be due to normal wear and tear. I had them put it on their alignment machine and it was in no way aligned and was worse/not better than before we took it to Firestone. We went to Firestone to find a solution they denied doing damage and walked away mid conversation and didn’t return. We called corporate to try and resolve this they said the area manager would call me back within 2 business days. I gave them 4 days and after not receiving a call I called them back. They told me the regional manager will call me within 2 business days. I am waiting for that call. (We understand business days are adjusted due to holidays.) In the mean time we have not been able to drive our vehicle because it is too far out of alignm
